*FRANCES C. STINEMAN is director of the College of Business Advisement Center at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, in Indiana, PA. Over an 18-year period of part-time studies she earned her BA in English and the MA in Psychological Counseling from IUP. In 1984 she completed her Ph.D. in Student Affairs and Higher Education Administration at the University of Pittsburgh.
